Minnesota Vikings - Chicago Bears at TCF Bank Stadium Review

TCF Bank StadiumI attended the Monday Night duel between the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings at TCF Bank Stadium. I arrived at the stadium an hour and a half prior to the game. It was a cold one, let me tell ya. It was a great experience, something I figured would be a "once in a lifetime" type of occasion. Outdoor football, in the snow, against the Bears with the throwback jerseys? While I was headed to the game, I was informed Brett Favre would somehow start and that Adrian Peterson was out. That was kind of a buzzkill.

The game started fast but that was about it. The Vikes took the opening drive and scored on Percy Harvin's catch and run. That was the highlight for the fans, as the Bears embarrassed the Vikings after that. The final score read 40-14. I took in the outdoor game and the aspects of it, but I know it would have been a heck of a lot more fun if they had played competitively.
